Terms of Service
Plain-English terms for using the AISBF hosted demo, early adopter support plan, and open-source project materials.
The AISBF Service
AISBF (AI Service Broker Framework) is an AI routing and control plane that can broker requests across multiple AI providers and local backends. It may provide features such as prompt-aware routing, failover, quotas, analytics, multi-user controls, and context-management functions.
How the Service Works
When you use AISBF:
- Your requests may be processed by one or more configured AI providers or local model backends
- AISBF may analyze request metadata, prompts, or context to route traffic according to configured policies
- The service may apply operational controls such as rate limits, quotas, failover, logging, and usage tracking
Acceptable Use
By using AISBF, you agree to:
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any upstream AI providers you choose to use through it
- Not abuse, overload, disrupt, probe, or exploit the service or its infrastructure
- Not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, tokens, models, logs, or underlying systems
- Provide accurate account and billing information where applicable
Provider and Output Responsibility
AISBF is an intermediary and control layer. Upstream AI providers and local models may change behavior, availability, pricing, policies, and output quality at any time. You are responsible for reviewing whether a given provider or routing policy is appropriate for your use case.
Availability and Operational Limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, latency, or performance. We aim to operate the service reliably, but outages, routing changes, provider failures, and maintenance windows can occur.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Downtime, API changes, or policy changes from upstream providers
- Content produced by AI models or consequences arising from your use of that content
- Losses, damages, or interruptions arising from use of the service, including routing or availability issues
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens, and for all activity performed under your account.
